Meet Dominic A. Saintfort

Owner & Principal Consultant

Dominic Saintfort is the Principal Consultant at DAS Capital Consulting, bringing over 15 years of HR and consulting experience to every engagement. He has partnered with institutions of higher education, public entities, and Fortune 500 companies, offering expertise in:

  • Designing and implementing diversity and inclusion strategies

  • Managing large-scale change programs and initiatives

  • Guiding organizational redesigns for growing businesses

  • Developing learning strategies that cater to modern learners

  • Building and optimizing performance management frameworks

  • Creating and driving employee engagement initiatives

Dominic’s background includes roles as a Global HR Business Partner at General Electric, Senior Consultant at Deloitte, and Senior HR Business Partner at Tesla. He also served with Teach for America in Miami, Florida.

He holds both a JD and an MBA from Vanderbilt University, specializing in labor and employment law, criminal law, and Human & Organizational Performance. Dominic is passionate about linking human capital solutions to quantifiable business outcomes, ensuring that every people-focused initiative directly supports your strategic objectives.
